Logan Cooley is Heating Up and Utah is Right in the Thick of It

Logan Cooley is on an absolute tear for Utah, and his latest performance put him right in the record books. With a brilliant hat trick against Montreal, Cooley officially became the fastest active NHL player to reach five career hat tricks, doing it in just 228 games to edge out superstar Alex Ovechkin, who needed 230 games.

After a slow start to his first seven games, Cooley has completely turned things on and found a brand-new gear. He is currently tied for 5th in the NHL in goals and tied for 15th in total points, and his hot streak has Utah right in the thick of things early in the season.
